What is Ulife?

Ulife is a central website for listings for campus organizations and opportunities on all three campuses of the University of Toronto. The thousands of entries include film appreciation clubs, debating societies, sports teams, social activism, drop-in classes, and research opportunities and awards.

Benefits to Students

Students can browse the site or search by keyword and can sort by campus. U of T developed Ulife to help students benefit to the fullest from their university experience including life beyond the classroom.

Benefits to Student Groups

Ulife streamlines much of the administrative process for campus groups. They apply through Ulife for official U of T recognition, and once recognized, can apply for services and manage their own information and event postings online.

Benefits to Faculty and Staff

Ulife allows faculty and staff to submit and manage their own opportunities for students. It’s a great way to promote research opportunities, awards, committees and scholarships to all U of T students.

Who Started Ulife?

Originally launched in February 2007, Ulife was developed by a team from Strategic Communications, Student Affairs and the Office of the Vice-Provost, Students. Ulife was redesigned in June 2008 with new features and functionality.

Who Administers Ulife?

The three offices that administer the Ulife website include the Office of Student Life at St. George campus, the Department of Student Life at Scarborough campus, and the Student Affairs office at Mississauga campus.
